Privacy Policy

This policy describes the information used by the Strata website. It applies to the web game at strata.kitbuilderpro.com and does not change the separate privacy practices of the iOS app.
Current advertising status: the website contains a reserved sponsor area, but live advertising remains disabled until the site and its consent setup are approved.
Local game information
Strata stores game progress, preferences, backup ledgers, and offline progress information in this browser. The website does not currently require a Strata account or send your game save to a Strata cloud service. If you export a save, the downloaded file is handled by you and remains wherever you choose to keep or share it.
Advertising information
If advertising is enabled, Google AdSense and participating ad technology providers may place and read cookies and use web beacons, local storage, IP addresses, device and browser information, approximate location, and ad interaction information. That information may be collected, used, and shared to deliver ads, measure performance, prevent fraud and abuse, and personalize advertising when your choices and applicable law allow it.

Your privacy choices
Before live ads are enabled, Strata will configure Google’s consent message for the regions where it is required. That message will let eligible visitors consent, decline, manage vendors and purposes, and reopen their privacy and cookie settings. Depending on your region, additional opt-out controls may also be presented.

Deleting local game information
Use Settings → Reset all local progress to remove the active Strata ledger and its browser backups. Browser controls can also clear site data. Clearing browser data may remove your progress, so export a save first if you want to retain a portable copy.
Audience
Strata is a general-audience game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. Strata does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information through the website may contact kitbuilderpro@gmail.com so it can be addressed.
